Extra Curricular

At Clayton North Primary School, students have opportunities to participate in a range of extra-curricular activities and enrichment programs that extend their learning, develop new interests and encourage connection with others. Students can participate in our Chess Club, developing strategic thinking, problem-solving and concentration, and our after-school Soccer Club, where they can develop their skills, teamwork and enjoyment of the game. Students also have opportunities to challenge themselves academically through competitions such as ICAS and the Australian Mathematics Competition, which provide opportunities to apply their knowledge and skills in different contexts. Our Breakfast Club, open each morning from 7:30–8:30am, provides students with a welcoming start to the day and an opportunity to connect with friends and staff before learning begins.
