As a member of the New Pedagogies for Deep Learning (NPDL) Global Partnership, we are 1 of 1000 schools worldwide trying to change the shape of education for the future.

NPDL is a partnership of schools sharing best practice in how to teach and assess 21st century skills that prepare children for a dynamic, unpredictable, opportunity-filled future. All students at CNPS are given explicit instruction in developing the 6Cs: Creativity, Citizenship, Critical Thinking, Communication, Collaboration and Character.

These skills are at the heart of what we do at CNPS and shape how we teach and how students learn. We are confident that students who complete their schooling at CNPS leave the school well-equipped to flourish in a modern, global society.

One of the key components of NPDL is to embed the use of technology in our teaching and learning so that it more accurately represents how people today use technology to enable learning, communication, self-expression, reflection, and creativity. As a result you will notice students as young as 5 years engage with a range of modern technologies, such as 3D printing and design, Robotics, Electronics and Computer Programming.
